Commodity Supplemental Food Program

CSFP works to improve the health of individuals at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA commodity foods. CSFP is a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) funded supplemental food program administered by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS). The program provides USDA commodities to a network of ten food banks, including FIND Food Bank, to improve the health of seniors in California by providing them nutritious foods.

To Qualify…

Applicants must be 60 years or older, reside within eastern Riverside and southern San Bernardino Counties, be low-income by falling within 130% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Applications are open now at one of FIND Food Bank’s 18 program sites.

Fill out the application  and return to one of FIND Food Bank’s subcontracted program sites below.

Documents Needed:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Address
  • Valid I.D with Date of Birth
  • Proof of Address (i.e. Utility, Water, Phone Bill)

If you are approved, you will pick up a free CSFP pre-packaged food box ($50 value) at the given location once a month.
