Volunteers play a crucial role in our work, especially as FIND’s services remain in high demand amid skyrocketing gas and grocery prices. Groups and individuals are welcome to join us at our warehouse, in our office providing administrative support, or out on-site distributing food throughout the desert region at our Community Mobile Markets.
Volunteer Impact
In 2021, over 2,500 volunteers donated their time to FIND Food Bank totaling over 16,500 service hours – the equivalent of 8 full-time employees, and saving FIND $470,000 in administrative costs with their efforts.

At FIND Food Bank, there is no higher priority than the safety of our volunteers, staff, and the people we serve. We maintain a clean facility and follow the best practices for food safety and COVID safety guidelines. Due to the recent global spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we ask volunteers who have experienced any symptoms of illness in the last 14 days to stay home.
At this time, all volunteer sessions will run as scheduled. See below for new COVID-19 safety protocols.
FIND welcomes anyone aged 16 years and over to volunteer.
Plenty of Ways to Get Involved!
We have opportunities for volunteers ages 14-17 to get involved in the fight against hunger. Check out our volunteer opportunities to learn more.
