Nutrition education is a key element to reach our goal of ending hunger. We partnered with the University of California, Riverside on a project to provide healthy, affordable, culturally appropriate recipes to our Hispanic and Spanish-Speaking communities. The community-focused cookbook incorporates the vegetables, fruits, and seasonal foods from FIND’s community food distributions.
